My workout for the day
I went fromt the YMCA to LIFETIME. Fuck the YMCA, hate it there.
Cardio
ran a mile at a 5.7 mph pace.
ran a 30 second sprint, at a 12 mph
repeated that
Then i did a chest workout and an ab workout
